An Evening with Wisconsin’s Poet Laureate

The Wisconsin Poet Laureate is our state’s leading voice for poetry, striving to enrich the lives of Wisconsin Residents by sharing the values of poetry, creativity and artistic expression across the state. In January, 2023, UW-Whitewater professor Nicholas Guilg was selected for the two-year appointment. Gulig is a Thai-American poet, Fulbright Fellow and recipient of many additional accolades for his work. Join us for an evening of poetry and expression with the State’s top advocate for this artform.

Presented by Nicholas Gulig, Associate Professor, Languages & Literatures

Warhawk Talks are held at the Community Engagement Center, 1260 West Main Street, Whitewater. Entrance and free parking are in the rear of the building.
