Upcoming HRS "Bundle Outage" - Weekend of June 2-4, 2017

Please note that there will be a planned "Bundle Outage" of HRS the weekend of June 2-4, beginning at the end of the business day on Friday the 2nd and finishing sometime on the evening of Sunday the 4th.

During this time, the HRS and EPM systems will be updated with the HRS and EPM "Bundle" of code and configuration changes.

During the outage no users will be able to access HRS, EPM, or make OIM (Security Requests) for HRS/EPM. This also includes end user access to Self Service modules and Timesheet entry, as well as Applicants using Candidate Gateway.

UW-WHITEWATER CONTINUALLY ACCEPTS UNIVERSITY STAFF TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT (USTE) APPLICATIONS

USTE's are hired frequently to fill maintenance, custodial, clerical, grounds, information technology, graphic design, and a variety of other professional positions. Rates of pay will vary depending on the classification of the position.

Applications will remain valid for six months and may be renewed.

Full-time students may not eligible for Limited Term Employment. If an LTE enrolls as a full-time student, the LTE assignment will be terminated.

LTE’s shall not exceed 1043 hours of employment in any one position. The duration of an appointment can be up to a six month time period.

No LTE will serve in two appointments simultaneously in the same department, same supervisor, same building, or same classification.

Per Wisconsin State Statute, USTE's must be residents of Wisconsin.
