The Impact of Sexual Assault: Survivor

These campus lunch discussions will center on the topic of sexual assault and will be led by UW-W faculty and staff.  This is an opportunity for open discussion about the impact of sexual assault on survivors, family, and the community, with the possibility of referencing connections to the 2018 Big Read book, The Round House.  Feel free to bring your lunch!  You need not have read the book in order to participate.  You can register for all three sessions or an individual session.

Other sessions include:

Perspectives on the Impact of Sexual Assault: Community, led by Ellie Schemenauer (Department of Women’s and Gender Studies) – APRIL 11, 12:30-1:15

Perspectives on the Impact of Sexual Assault: Family, led by Erica Fischer (University Health and Counseling Services) – APRIL 18, 12:30-1:15

NEA Big Read is a program of the National Endowment for the Arts in partnership with Arts Midwest.
